Return & Refund Policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
AosCartridge reserves the right to reject a return/refund/replacement request subject to the condition of the product being returned. If the product being returned looks partially or fully damaged or in used condition, AosCartridge reserves the right to reject your return/refund/replacement request. Refunds/replacements/returns are subject to approval.
Refund
A refund will be considered if the product is damaged in transit. The buyer needs to provide valid evidence of the damaged product by sending relevant photos within 48 hours of product receipt to our WhatsApp customer care at +91 70 3911 3911 or via email at aoscartridge@gmail.com. Otherwise, the item will be treated as received in good condition.
Refunds are subject to approval. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 07 working days. The mode of refund would be the same as the original payment method. The full amount will be refunded to the buyer.
Returns Request
Return requests sent within 48 hours of product receipt will only be considered. Otherwise, the product will be treated as received as per the order. Upon sending a return request, you need to share a few pictures of the product you received via WhatsApp at +91 70 3911 3911 or email at aoscartridge@gmail.com within the next 12 hours.
Return and Replacement
A replacement will be considered if the buyer has mistakenly bought a product not suitable for their printer. The buyer needs to provide valid evidence of the unsuitable product by sending relevant photos via WhatsApp at +91 70 3911 3911 or email at aoscartridge@gmail.com within 12 hours of raising a return request. AosCartridge will review the request and respond within 5 working days.
To avail of a replacement, the buyer will have to bear the shipping charges for returning the unsuitable product. AosCartridge will not arrange or entertain reverse pick-up requests.
Replacement will be processed only after the returned product is received by us. The buyer will not have to bear the shipping charges for the replacement product that we’ll ship after receiving the returned product.

Incorrect Product Shipment
In case AosCartridge mistakenly ships an incorrect product to the buyer, the buyer should re-ship the product back to AosCartridge. To compensate for the courier cost incurred by the buyer in returning the product, AosCartridge ensures to reimburse this cost by providing a free gift or a discount coupon code to the buyer via courier or email.
To initiate the return process, the buyer should get in touch with us via WhatsApp at +91 70 3911 3911 or email at aoscartridge@gmail.com, with:
1) A scanned copy of the invoice
2) A photo of the received product
3) A photo of the incorrect product received
AosCartridge shall initiate the re-shipping process within 2-4 working days and will coordinate with the buyer over email.
Cancellation/Refunds/Returns/Replacements policy is subject to change without prior notice.
